The Summit Restaurant located in the clubhouse at KCGC is a perfect spot for so many different occasions. With the best patio in the Kananaskis Valley and arguably the Canadian Rockies, it sits at the foot of Mt. Kidd and is a place to create memories for all occasions. We are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week, rain or shine for the duration of our golf season. Everyone is welcome to join us at the Summit Restaurant who is visiting the area and reservations can be made by calling the restaurant.
The menu is crafted by seasoned Executive Chef, Drew Double who spent his early years learning from top chefs in Calgary and growing in to leading some of the top restaurant kitchens in Calgary including Vintage Chophouse. Drew then moved to Silver Springs Golf Course as Executive Chef and quickly understood the needs of members of the club in what they were looking for in the food in the restaurant and on the course. This will be Drew’s third season at KCGC and we are very excited about what he has created for you this year.
The beverage program is lead by our Director of Food & Beverage, Stephen Hamelin. Stephen brings a wealth of wine education and experience to our wine, beer and cocktail programs that are great to enjoy on their own or with our food. His favourite wines are from Tuscany, beer is most IPA’s and is a big fan of bourbon.
